The Hiddenbrook Board of Directors is made up of five Hiddenbrook residents and/or Swim & Tennis Club members who volunteer their time to serve the community. Board terms last three years. The association has one permanent employee as a facilities manager.

The board typically meets the third Tuesday of each month at 7:30pm in the Hiddenbrook clubhouse (1508A Sadlers Wells Dr.).
